WritePointReview rejected (SOLUTION)

What to do when you submit a paper to write a point review (WritePointReview) and it gets rejected.
There are a few reasons your write a point review can be rejected at the University of Phoenix, and some of them are the following:

  1.       Your document is not a word document or compatible.
  2.       The document is corrupted.
  3.       Your word document saved “Time and date” does not match the University of Phoenix time and date.

Today I will go over in the following video of how to correct number three so click and view the video bellow, and if something is not clear just check the abbreviation transcript bellow the video or leave a question.

Hello everyone, today I am going to go over, on what to do when you submit a paper on the University of Phoenix and it gets rejected. (Maximize window of video to see better details of it)
Like you can see I submitted a paper and it got rejected, to fix this problem the first things you need to do are the following steps:

Step 1: check the University of Phoenix “Time and date” ether on the table where it shows the papers that you have submitted or on the top right hand side of the assignment tab.

Step 2: go to your computer time and date normally located on the bottom right hand side of your computer, and click on it and choose “Change date and time setting.”

Step 3: on the window of date and time, select change date and time.

Step 4: choose the same date and time of your assignment window in the University of Phoenix seen on step one, and click ok or apply.

Step 5: Open the word document you are trying to submit and type a letter and delete the letter, and then click save. (This step should rewrite the saved time and date on your document)

Step 6: resubmit your document and it should be accepted if all steps were followed.
