The University of Phoenix will need you to take screenshots of certain document; therefore is very important that you know how to Screen capture correctly so that you do not lose any point for late assignment.
To take a screenshot on your computer or laptop you can press on your keyboard the key “PrtSc or Ctrl+PrtSc.”
I do not like that method and I prefer using a program that captures a specific area, you can see this tool in
action in the video bellow, and you can download it for free at: http://screencapturer.com/
This program will allow you to choose from a specific region and then you can ether paste it to your word document or save the image in your computer to use later.
